This might sound like something that is a "trend" at the moment and surely in some aspect is, but I discovered being in several lectures that it can have something for everyone.
For me it was this book where I can draw these patterns however I want them in different colors, in whatever order. Just to see the little result of the 15 min I did, was mind blowing. There are some really difficult ones as well as this one that I started with ( easier), but that´s the best part. There is no one telling you, what to do.
I hope this book lasts for a long time and that my concentration, my drawing skills, patter seeing improves and most of all that it helps me. This is supposed to be in some sense a little therapeutic.
I will add some samples from the book it it interests someone else as well :)

Read- watch !! Agatha Christie
After a long pause I found the magnificent series of Hercules Poirot in Netflix. I had forgotten how much he inspired since little to solve crimes and use all my brain cells to think like he did. I have read several of the books as well and they are inspiring and full of exciting moments. Agatha Christie is the best in her genre and I´d say there is no one like her.
In the tv-series/films I love the actor David Suchet who does an amazing character as good as in the books. His Belgian is marvelous and although he´s a perfectionist I love the soft way he shows of himself.

Starcrossed
When I started this series of books written by Josephine Angelini I never thought I´d like it so much. I mean the whole plot is somehow crazy and insane but at the same so intriguing. She has a way to capture the reader to want to know what happens next. All the different kind of worlds, combined with history as far as the time of Greek Gods. The love story of course is the main key at least for me to continue book after book.
There are three books in this series, the first Starcrossed, the second Dreamless and the last Goddess.

I can recommend this series to anyone who likes to read about teenage love, combined with historical events crossing in the modern society and of course supernatural events,
